Not yourkid's pizza
We started out with a sun-dried tomato sauce offered as an opulent combination with tomatoes, basil and garlic. We then added mozzarella and provolone but with gouda to balance out the astringent nature of spinach and really allow the sauce to shine through. Finally, as any native midwesterner will attest, sausage had to be added, so we finish it off with sun-dried tomato chicken sausage and yellow peppers.
